This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms, privileges, and responsibilities associated with becoming a member of Wonder Society ("Club"), operated by Fun Chasing Inc., a private family social and learning club located in Roofdeck, GH Mall, San Juan City Philippines.

By signing this Agreement, the undersigned (Parent, Guardian, Authorized Representative) agrees to abide and recognize all rules, policies, and guidelines of the Club to maintain a safe, respectful, enriching and harmonious environment for all families.

1. Purpose of Membership

Wonder Society is designed to create a second home for modern families - a space where children learn through purposeful play and parents find balance, connection, and joy. Membership provides exclusive access to the Club's facilities, programs, and community privileges.

2. Membership Categories

Memberships are subject to availability and approval. The following membership types are offered:

• Wonder Circle Membership: An elite tier lifetime membership with extended privileges and priority access.
• Founding Membership and Resident Membership: An annual membership type with unlimited monthly access (maximum of two entries per day), subject to one-time annual fee.
• Wonder Preview Pass: Access by session for only one (1) adult and one (1) child for 20 passes valid for a year.

3. Application and Acceptance

• Membership is by application and invitation only. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.
• Applicants must complete the Membership Application Form, provide accurate information, and pay the applicable charges and membership fees.
• Applications are reviewed by the Membership Committee, whose decisions are final.
• The Club shall reserve the right to decline any application without obligation to provide a reason.

4. Fees and Payment

• Membership, joining fees, and other charges are non-refundable, except as required by law.
• Access will be granted upon full payment of necessary fees.
• The Club may adjust fees as may be deemed necessary to reflect operational and program costs.
• Late or unpaid dues may result in suspension or termination of privileges.
• All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes.

4.1 Wonder Circle Membership

• Balance payment may be made payable through a 12-month post-dated check (PDC) arrangement, which is required upon membership confirmation.
• Membership may be transferred only once with a ₱100,000 transfer fee, subject to the approval of the Membership Committee.

4.2 Founding and Resident Membership

• Membership is valid for one (1) year and follows an annual payment term.
• A non-refundable deposit of ₱10,000 is required to secure membership. Balance payment must be settled within 30 days through cash, credit cards and post-dated checks (PDC).
• Once payment is made, it is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance.

5. Privileges

5.1 Members in good standing enjoy access to:

• Real-life Learning Zones, Wonder Playgrounds, Craft Academy, Wonder Baby, and Social Lounge.
• Parents' Lounge, co-working area, and cafe.
• Priority booking for workshops, classes, and events.
• Exclusive invitations to member-only socials and family seminars.
• The Wonder Society online community and family network.

5.2 Additional fees may apply for select premium, signature workshops and other activities with consumables.

6. Access and Reservation

• Certain classes may require prior booking.
• We may refuse entry if the club house is already in full capacity.

7. Responsibilities

As a valued member, you agree to the following:

• Follow all Club rules, safety, and health guidelines.
• Treat all members, staff, and guests with courtesy and respect.
• Supervise your children unless they are participating in a supervised class.
• Ensure your guests comply with Club rules.
• Avoid disruptive, unsafe, and inappropriate behavior.
• Uphold the confidentiality and reputation of the Club and its members.

8. Guests

• Members may invite guests subject to guest limits, scheduling, and applicable guest fees.
• Members are liable for the conduct and responsible for safety of their guests.
• The Club reserves the right to refuse or revoke guest access as may be deemed necessary.

9. Suspension and Termination

9.1 The Club may suspend or terminate membership for any:

• Violations of this Agreement or Club rules.
• Disrespectful or unsafe behavior.
• Misuse of facilities or privileges.
• Non-payment of dues or fees.
• Conduct prejudicial to the reputation and harmony of the Club.

9.2 Membership fees are non-refundable in case of termination unless otherwise approved by the management.

10. Club Policies and Amendments

• The Club may amend this Agreement, policies, or fees with reasonable notice.
• Members shall be informed of any changes through official announcements, email, or Club postings.
• Continued use of Club facilities constitutes acquiescence to any amendments effected.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

• The Club will collect and process personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and the Wonder Society Privacy Policy.
• Personal information is reserved solely for Club operations, communication, and safety purposes.
• Members are deemed to consent to the use of photos or videos taken during Club events for documentation and promotional materials, unless there is refusal in writing for the use thereof.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the proper courts of San Juan City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

13. Acknowledgment

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of membership in Wonder Society. I understand that membership is a privilege that may be suspended or revoked for failure to comply with Club policies.

This Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement ("Agreement") is executed by the undersigned parent or legal guardian ("Parent") on behalf of the minor child ("Child") in favor of Fun Chasing Inc., including its owners, officers, employees, instructors, partners, and authorized representatives (collectively referred to as the "Club").

By signing this Agreement, I confirm that my child's participation in any Club activity, class, or use of its facilities is voluntary and at our own risk.

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in play and learning activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, minor injuries, or exposure to illness or allergies.

I freely assume all such risks, whether known or unknown, and accept full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by my child or any accompanying adult during Club activities.

2. Parental Responsibility and Conduct

• I agree to closely supervise my child at all times, unless the activity specifies staff supervision.
• I agree that both my child and I will follow all safety rules, guidelines, and staff instructions at all times.
• I acknowledge that the Club reserves the right to deny entry or request departure from the premises for behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

3. House Rules

3.1 Health, Safety, and Waivers

• Members and their families use the Club's facilities at their own risk.
• This Agreement already includes waiver and release of liability clauses. Please make sure to read and fully understand them before signing.
• For everyone's safety, the Club reserves the right to deny entry to anyone showing symptoms of illness or health risks.

3.2 Additional Guest Policy and Access

• Members may bring guests, subject to the guest policy. (See part 8 of Wonder Society Membership Agreement)
• You remain responsible for your guests' conduct and compliance with House Rules.
• We may refuse admission or remove any guest whose behaviour is inappropriate.

3.3 Members and Guests Conduct and Use of Facilities

• All members and guests must comply with the House Rules (which may be posted, updated, or made available digitally).
• Please observe the following dress code and etiquette: smart casual attire is encouraged, while flimsy clothing, swimwear, slippers, and inappropriate clothing are not permitted in lounges, dining, and learning spaces; courteous use of amenities such as quiet zones, the co-working lounge, and the library must also be maintained.
• Conduct inconsistent with the standards or reputation of the club (such as violence, harassment, illegal activity, excessive intoxication, nuisance behavior) may result in suspension or termination of membership.
• Smoking, vaping, or carrying illegal substances is prohibited inside the premises.
• Damage to club property by members or their guests must be paid before leaving the premises.
• We may use CCTV for security; footage may be disclosed to the police or as required by law.

3.4 Solicitation and Commercial Activity

To maintain Wonder Society as a safe, authentic, and family-centered environment, all forms of solicitation and commercial activity are strictly prohibited.

3.5 Children's Areas and Workshops

• Age-appropriate zones must be respected.
• Official guardian declared on the passport is/are required to pick up children promptly after workshops and classes.
• Signature workshops and daily activities are curated and rotated regularly for variety and growth.

3.6 Liability

• Use of facilities (e.g., playgrounds, play zones, classes) is at your own risk. You are responsible for ensuring that your child or children are fit and competent to use them.
• We will exercise reasonable care, but we are not liable for loss, damage, or injury.
• Take care of your personal belongings.

3.7 Outside Food and Beverages

• To ensure the comfort, cleanliness, and safety of all members, outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited within the premises of Wonder Society.
• Exception: Baby food and milk for infants are permitted.
• Members and guests are encouraged to enjoy the curated selections available at the Wonder Society Cafe, offering nutritious and family-friendly options suitable for both children and adults.

To ensure the safety, comfort, and proper management of all members and guardians, the following policies shall be observed within the premises of Wonder Society.

A. Entry Requirements

Temperature and Weight Check

All members are required to undergo temperature and weight checks upon entry to ensure safety and proper monitoring. These procedures are mandatory and must be completed before proceeding to the activity area.

Passport and ID Verification

• Members must present their Wonder Society Passport Access Card at the front desk upon entry.
• Front desk personnel shall verify the member's name and the name of the official guardian(s) indicated in the records.
• A valid government-issued ID from the guardian is required for your child or children's safety.

Guardian Stamp Identification

To maintain proper identification, stamps will be placed at the back of the passport as follows:

• Blue Stamp: Male Guardian
• Red Stamp: Female Guardian

Waiver Compliance

All members are required to have a duly signed waiver as part of the membership application process. No additional waiver signing is necessary upon entry.

B. Dress Code

• All members are required to wear Wonder Society Official Socks, which are already included in the membership package.
• In cases where a replacement or extra pair is needed, additional socks may be purchased at the front desk for ₱100 per pair.

C. Guardian Policies

Change of Guardian

• A request to change an official guardian is subject to a ₱2,000 processing fee per guardian.
• A formal letter of request, signed by both the member and the current guardian, must be submitted for management approval.
• Once approved, staff shall mark an "X" over the previous guardian record to indicate the update.

Additional Official Guardians

• Members may register up to two (2) additional official guardians for a fee of ₱2,000 per guardian per month.
• All guardians must be at least 18 years old.
• The staff must record and update the additional guardian information accordingly, which shall remain valid until the end of the current month or until a change of guardian is requested and approved.

Guardian Responsibilities

• Members below legal age must remain under the supervision of their official guardian at all times.
• Children are not allowed to leave the premises without being accompanied by their designated guardian.
• Emergency Contact: In case of emergencies, the management shall immediately reach out to the official guardian or the member's registered emergency contact person.

D. Lost and Replacement Policy

• Lost Passport - Replacement Fee: ₱5,000
• Lost Membership Card - Replacement Fee: ₱200
• Once a new passport has been issued, any previous version will be rendered invalid, unless the guardian can present photo proof of the previous passport's tracking.
• Once a new access card has been issued, any previous version will be rendered invalid and may no longer be used for entry.
